CIBC Percy Penguin Character

I created the original Percy Penguin character design for The Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce. Originally designated as spokesbird for the Aventura travel credit card program, Percy became the bank’s official mascot, and appeared in many nationwide campaigns across Canada.

Percy’s likeness graced the full gamut of media — print, internet, mobile, digital video, games, and TV — and he was later joined by additional penguin characters including his wife and son, Penny and Paddy. Over the course of two years, I produced an estimated five hundred pieces of Percy-related artwork for the client.
